Solution In order for Long Hair Care Forum to keep a valid user list, you are required to have your email address validated.

Validation happens upon registration and whenever you change your email address. This is a simple procedure whereas the forum emails you back with an activation link, which you will need to click so that your email can be validated.

If the spam filter in your email account is set to high the email that the forum will send you might never reach you. This will cause problems with your account since you will not be able to post messages (if you are a subscribed member). Please ensure that you check your Bulk Email folder or disable temporarily your spam settings when you need to change your email address in the discussion forum.

Your email address remains invisible at all times and it will not be harvested from spammers.

The emails that the forum sends out come from the webmaster [at] longhaircareforum.com address while the emails for the support software come from support [at] longhaircareforum.com. You might want to add those addresses in your allow list of your spam filter.
