Absolutely nothing. My scalp couldn't take it anymore, so I cowashed this morning with Keravada HydroMax. I then did a 10min DC with Macadamia Nourishing Moisture. Rinsed my hair ice cold water, then M&S with Keravada Caramel Soufflé, Oyin Hair Dew, 1010 oil, and Chi Silk Infusion. I used KKCC to style hair into 2 flat twists joined into a French braid.

Edit: I just realized today is the 15th, so technically I did have plans. I just completed them this morning. I'm ready to go back to bed.

I Am So Blessed

I'm easy going.
I am about to go home and start cooking a big pot of smoked pigs tails/smoked neck bones and lima beans with a side of cornbread and rice for the weekend. .

Its cold and I don't plan on leaving the house for nothing.

Than I will detangle, hop in the shower to wash my hair DC with my regular-ole Hollywood Beauty Cholesterol.

Watch a movie while air drying.

I have been wearing my hair in twists all weeks. I am going to take my twists down before I go to work and wear a twist out. Then tomorrow morning I am going to co wash my hair with CD Cleansing Conditioner and retwists with juices and berries and shea butter.

I haven't skipped wash day in at least 15 months, but I'm rather busy this weekend so I think I'll just
  • spritz my hair with ayurvedic tea
  • baggy under a SLAP with a bit of the SM manuka honey mask.
  • Once my hair soaks up the mask I'll seal with QB AOHC.

As the year winds down, I have to fight to keep my commitment to a weekly hour long DC. I have been reaping the benefits and know it will only get better. So here I am at high noon on a Sunday getting it in.

Wash: CON Argan Oil
Reconstruct: Sallys ION brand
DC: $1 store cholesterol for 1 hr under the dryer
Rinse and apply ORS Naturals leavein, butter, and Eco gel. Alternate between air dry and blow dry for the rest of the day.
