Well I will be steaming every other day as I have swapped this from my daily spritzing routine. Steaming moisturizes my hair better than daily spritzing tbh.

I use a handheld garment steamer which also features a facial steamer which is the setting I use for steaming my hair & runs for around 12 mins a time.

I use Jane Carter nourish and shine or shealoe which the steaming reactivates.

I would like to join this challenge as I have fallen off my regimen and would like to start the new year off on the right foot

1. How often you will steam?
I plan to steam 2x per week, Wednesdays and Sundays.

I do have a hooded dryer and a soft dryer, so I plan on using those. If not, I will wrap my hair with a shower cap and towel for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

3. What products will you steam with?
Aveda Damage Remedy, Australia Hair Goo Hair Mask (cocoa-butter or detox charcoal), Carol's Daughter Khoret Amen smoothie, Phyto Nutrition Extreme masque.

For me , I plan to steam more often. Usually I steam my hair once a month and the products I use vary from time to time (depends if it is moisture or strength). When I steam I usually use a shower cap and sit under a heating cap.

I DCed today with Phyto Hair Mask & Carol's Daughter Hair Smoothie. I used a cotton turban with a plastic cap underneath for a few hours. My hair came out soft but moisturized.
