2019 Vitamin Challenge

Consistency is hard with 2 rugrats, holiday commitments and demanding work. I took some of my vits yesterday but don't remember which and when other than 1/3 dose prenatal, 1 Omega and 1 Iron capsule in the morning, and 1 magnesium before bed.

As for today:

This AM with OJ:
1 prenatal - the other one with DHA
1 MSM Capsule
2 Amazing Grass Green SuperFood Capsules

Early afternoon with coffee:
1 B50 tablet
1 Magnesium tablet

After dinner:
1 Viviscal
1 Vit D

I'm adding black currant oil to the mix. My postpartum/ post extended-breastfeeding hair loss is hormonal and I've read research that the gamma linolenic acid (GLA) in black currant oil or evening primrose oil is great for that. Also, I remember that two times years back, when my hair grew more and was thick, I had been taking EPO or borage oil (fish/flax/borage combo).

I'll alternate it with the fish oil.

So yesterday I took:

Morning: MSM, black currant oil, 1/3 prenatal with OJ

Afternoon: 1 green superfood capsule.

Evening: 2 Viviscal, 1 magnesium

I'm really very consistent with taking my Vits.

But will check in from time to time to let you all know when I've switched some stuff around.

Will be switching to Visvical & Biotin once I finish up my Neocell Keratin.

And still looking to purchase some Nioxin and maybe TMC during 2019.

Singin’ the praises of the baggy method
I finished a bottle of TMC and will be switching to Hairfinity. I hope to get a break from the acne that I have been dealing with. I really do prefer the TMC for thickening the hair and for growth, but the acne is getting to me. I’ll will switch back after I finish up Hairfinity.

I did get a feeling of being "weak" when I was in the gym twice. But there could be so many explanations. I just remebered that a few years ago, I was taking some vitamins and they made me feel dizzy and weird. But they weren't msm and silica. I don't know I will observe myself some more...

With silica, make sure you're drinking plenty of water because it is a diuretic. I think MSM did make me feel weird, but I don't remember very well. I know I have an almost full bottle in my cabinet, which usually means something was amiss.

Sipping bamboo tea now
Getting some breakouts because I struggle to drink enough water. Hope drinking more tea helps.

Nioxin recharging complex arrived today. It will join the queue after Manetabolism.
