i think i wanna start prepooing again with my own concoctions... i did it this week and it was super yummy... I made a prepoo mix of 1 avocado, 1 banana, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp aloe vera powder, 1 can of coconut milk, 1 tbsp herbal oil infusion, and 1 tbsp of shea moisture manuka honey and mafura oil dc.

I thoroughly covered each section with the prepoo mixture and detangled b4 moving onto the next section. Even though it was liberally applied i still have enough mixture for at least one if not 2 more applications. It was super easy to apply and wash out.... i was very pleased with my experience.... i left the mixture on for around 45 min to an hr with my hot head on.... then washed it out with tressemme botanique shampoo and went on with the rest of my routine.

I think i'm going to start using chagrin valley shampoo bars again. They were really nice on my hair when i first bc'd. I;m getting the herb garden one because it is suppose to decrease shedding etc... I'm really looking to make gains this yr. My hair reaches the top of my bra in the back and maybe 2-3 inches to the bottom of my breast in the front. I'm hoping to get to the bottom of my breast in the front by the end of the yr.

I’m pre-pooing right now with the Mane Choice heavenly halo herbal hair tonic and soy milk deep hydration pre-poo. I don’t get the hype about this. I’m almost finished with the bottle. It has rave reviews. I won’t be rebuying.

I’ve been spring cleaning for the past couple of weeks and I am amazed at how many conditioners I’ve accumulated. I need to use them up, many of them I don’t even like. I’ll use them as a pre-poo. I’m going to try to use up my stash before buying anymore products.
