This week started with unplanned events that interfered with inversion. Should be back on track tomorrow :)

Nice work, keep it going!

I’m so excited. I just made an appointment for Friday to get this mane tamed. I’ll do my final length check soon for the 3 in 3

My hair looks good, but I feel like it should be longer
Health is the most important part. Glad it looks good :)

July 1st I’ll be doing inversion 5 days a week for 4 weeks. I’ll post on the inversion group if you want to join. Massages are very important part of inversion. Were you doing the massages for 4 minutes or more?

Hello long hair ladies. Due to my recent trim and breakage I am extremely motivated to grow back the 3 inches that were just lost.

Would anyone like to join me in a 3 in 3 challenge?

Growth aids are encouraged
Scalp massages
Inversion
Vitamins
Pretty much whatever it takes to push out your max growth. Y’all ready? I’m ready

Challenge begins April 1, 2022 and ends June 30, 2022.

Beginning pic is optional. Happy hair growing!
Hey, will you be doing another 3 months? I want to join in!!!!

Hello everyone. Tomorrow is the start of a new month. July-September will be the new 3 in 3 challenge.
I’m in.

I will be taking Viviscal And Iron supplements along with Nutree Length Extender Growth mask every week with heat to encourage growth. I will also be using Redken acidic bonding concentrate and extreme length products to keep my hair from breaking off. No direct heat at all. Only hooded dryer. My short term goal is an inch per month. Long term goal is a 6 inches in 6 months.

I took a Hairfinity vitamin (not 2.) I’m down to my last bottle and trying to make it last. I’ll start oiling my scalp since my silk press is a week old.

Hopefully after I soak off my nails I have the energy to wash, dc and blow dry my hair. I’ll either wear it stretched or out some knotless braids in it

Y’all I haven’t did a no buy challenge since last year. With prices sky rocketing on everything I think this may be helpful. You know we can spend on some hair products.

I might wash and dc later today. It’s been so hot and humid. My roots have completely reverted.

I have a new growth oil and I'm about to buy one of those electronic scalp massages as the seller recommended to. I have a balding/thin spot on my crown that's been there for 1.5 years with no joy. I have a pic but wont be posting it till the end with the after lol.

My crown/whole middle area broke off bad last year and based on the responses I got here it was from my first and only professional bkt. That was super harsh and the strands broke down to 1 inch. My hair is 16 inches all around, so it was very noticeable to me. Thank goodness for thickness

I’m slowly trimming to even it up. Long story short: I understand

Thank you :) You are very lucky you can cover up the gaps! Unfortunately I'm low density and couldn't stand looking like Cynthia doll much longer
