Thinking about a SuperCuts/Dominican BlowDry

This is my next hair move:

Wash and rollerset my hair myself tonight.

Take rollers out in the morning and keep curls intact and sectioned. (no combing or brushing).

Tomorrow, let the lady who cuts my hair at SuperCuts blowdry-style it at 8am before work.

Any thoughts? Has anyone ever had their hair blowdried at a white salon?

Oh, and the blowdry is only 10 bucks!

I was always leary on going to SuperCuts for styling becuase they hire hair graduates straight out of Beauty School.

they also give additional training before and during the time you are employed,
plus sounds like she has has stylist before and trust her.

Oh I didn't know they provided additional training. :) It's just when I was working in the spas & hair salons, the hair stylists would tell me that they all started at SuperCuts and a lot of the "fine salons" require previous experience before they can hire them.

Oh yeah I read about itismehmmkay going to the same stylist, I was just sharing what I was told by other hair stylists that I worked with for the reasons I never went. ;)

So, I did it..........and did NOT like it. It didn't turn out bad, but I was just expecting a bangin blow-dry.

So......

I'm just going to rollerset my hair and Chi afterwards. I was doing that before, but I was using a Conair ceramic curling iron....the Chi makes a difference.

I've had my hair cut at several Supercuts around my area and I've always gotten good haircuts. I've had nothing but good experiences there, and they're cheap too! :D
