I LOST SOME HAIRS...cute, but not funny!

Alright, yesterday I lost a few strands of hair because they got stuck in my "Oh Baby" Mac Lipglass!!!!! I mean, those strands snapped right the hell off when I tried to get them unstuck from my lips

OMG I love my Oh Baby...but seriously it may have to go if that happens too many more times!

shouldnt your hair be stronger than that?? (im asking because i dont generally have hair stuck to my lip, i wear mine up) maybe you should moisturize and do a protein tx before you lose the lip glass :D

All good points! I wear mine down, and yesterday was extremely warm but quite windy. I think my strands are quite strong and I didn't exactly lose the entire strands, just the ends, which are of course the most precious but oldest parts of the hair. I think mostly I didn't realize that they were stuck and my initial reaction was to sweep all the hair away from my face. That lipglass is pretty sticky and to a few hair strands it may be comparable to glue. No matter how strong your strands are...hair will lose to glue everytime. A few hairs here and there can equal a lot of loss...I'd hate to go bald one strand at a time

hahahaha....i see! dang, lipglass must be the BOMB for someone to voluntarily walk around with a glue like substance on their lips!:lol: so when it snaps and the hair is just stuck in ya lip, do you have to just lose that layer and reapply the glass??

OT: CookieLAd, where do you get your lipglass from? My usual brand change the formula and now it's not as sticky(like I like it...) Do you order yours offline? I promise to keep my hair away from my lips!
TIA

Yep, this has happened a few times to me too, but with Nymphette not Oh Baby. I never really sweat it though, because it's only a few strands. Just be a little more gentler when taking the hair off your lips. I wouldn't dump the lipglass.

Thanks...glad I'm not the only one with hairy lips  This doesn't happen with any of my other lipglosses, just the MAC ones. Of all the ways to lose strands, who would ever think!

That's what I get for tryin' to be a Diva!

Well....since you promised...I pick it up in one of the local department stores here, but I have another one that isn't as sticky as the Oh Baby, so I'm not sure what gives.
