Will rinses (ie. jazzing, cellophane, etc.) work on natural hair or do u have to use smthg else?
Also, has anyone heard of a protein glosser?

i think it depends on ur hair color..i put jazzing in my hair a while aho..my natural hair color is med-lite brn..and the color came out very red..but if ur hair is drk brn and u want a liter color, these rinses wont come out that vibrant..u can only see them in the sunlite..

Dang I get my 3 shades and level of colors professionally done with foil and the whole nine. I got tired of messing up my pillow cases with rinses that faded onto my stuff. :(

Yeah an Arab guy is my colorist and I love him and my hair loves him too. I get more compliments now that I gave up self coloring.

I really sucked at it! :(

my hair is jet black and jazzing never did a thang!

It doesnt lightnen the hair. Its a semi rinse with no ammonia or peroxide...with jet black hair its like coloring a black piece of paper with a red crayon...you wont be able to see it unless you have your hair lightened to an extent that you can see it.

I have the jazzing rinse color in my hair. I have it in Cherry Cola...over it I have a Clear Cellophane rinse by Sebastians. It makes my hair color last longer since I do frequent washings.

I'm transitioning, but one of my natural friends uses Henna only on her hair. I love the look that it gives her.
yeah, i was looking into henna too.....i like the color effect AND the conditioning effect...i never got around to doing it though....

I've gotten my hair rinsed a few times with a Matrix cellophabe in an eggplant color. Rinses will still work whether your hair is natural or other. :)
