Thanks girly! :yep:

I was going to say this.

Shtow that is beautiful. When you were saying you got that look from flexirods I didn't understand the technique~ *if I'm wording that right* When I think flexirods I think spirals but your hair looked like what I get from a rollerset and I was thinking well shyt if she can get that look from flexirods I want to know how~ :lachen: That's why I pressed so hard for a tutorial. I was expecting a picture tutorial but the video is sweeeeet :drunk:

Thanks

Your hair looks really gorgeous. My flat-ironed hair is just too flat and lifeless, so this will be a great way to add some volume. Great tutorial!

Awesome!!! You made it very user friendly. I'm definately going to try this w/ my purple rods. I tried it a long time ago w/ satin covered rods and it came out cute. (pics in my fotki from the Houston Meet Up) But this was after I went to a Dominican salon. Your tutorial makes me think I can do the whole process myself. Thanks!

Great tutorial!
Quick question - are you doing this on completely naked hair? I've tried flexirods a few times, but when I finger comb, the curls fall out completely within an hour. There will be a slight bump at the ends, but that's all. No matter how big or small the parts are, it still falls immediately - same with traditional rollersets.:perplexed

Yes, don't take it down just yet! I'm watching it on my phone without the audio because I'm at work (can't access YT). I want to watch it once I get home though.

Wow, you did EXCELLENT for a first time video. You weren't nervous at all...very pleasant and informative (*cough* for more videos).

You and your hair are pretty especially with that top. You were rockin' the curls.

Ok, I'll keep it up. I don't like the exposure of yt but I have it set up so only ppl with the link can see it, so only lhcf ladies can see it so long as they don't share the link.

Great tutorial!

After I flat iron my hair I use a small dollop of the sally's argan oil. I think my style stays because my hair is clean when I do it. If I do it the next day, the curls will not stay, but if I rod it within the same day that I wash, my curls stay until my next wash.

How do you flat iron your hair? The tension method, the chase method with the fine tooth comb?

I blow dry my hair first (with a comb attachement), and then i comb with a small tooth (not the comb chase, the comb, throw comb on the counter method lol). Then I grab the hair section about three inches down from the root and pull it so there is tension, and while I am pulling I flar iron the root so that the roots are straight. Then I pull the iron through a couple of times.

LOL @ bolded

If you wanted to do a flat iron tutorial, I'm sure myself and many others would be grateful for it
