so it causes more hair growth everywhere?
so it causes more hair growth everywhere?
In my case. yes. And I didn't exactly start out smooth, either.
i take all three (biotin, msm, and chlorella) and trust me it makes your hair grow faster and thicker... but it grows faster and thicker everywhere! i have to carry tweezers in my purse with me at all times. my hair on my legs grows so fast the stubble period lasts about two days before i HAVE to shave again. but it's worth it every time i look at my hair.
Please excuse this silly question but......When I look up MSM all I keep getting is stuff related to joint issues. Is this the same stuff you ladies are taking?
Thank you!!! Off to get some. I thought I was missing something....LOL!!!Yes, that's the one.

I might need to up my biotin intake i take 2000 mg a day but i want sum fuzz and 1500 mg of msn I dont want to over do it ..my hair grows and all but i want more proof! How much do you guys take of each?
How much is everyone taking of each of these?
I am currently taking as follows:
MSM: 600mg - 1600 mg depending on wether I remember to take additional MSM with my Hair Skin and Nails Vits which also doubles up as my multi.
Biotin: 2000mg as part of my Hair Skin and Nails Vits
Chlorella: 3g a day.
I am thinking of cutting out the extra MSM altogether and possibly upping the amount of Biotin by another 1,000 - 3,000 mg a day.
Suggestions please ladies????
Is anyone having negative side effects (breakout, nausea) from taking any of this stuff?

The BAD SIDE: i grow hair on my chin!
what do you girls do to that? i pluck them out (never shave ladies)!! but i have black spots at some parts. it really annoys me
I will have to up my water intake. I do OK for a while then I start to slack. Gotta stay focused. Thanks!Initially, I had breakouts from the mix...but with plenty of water (and a decent facial regimen, lol)--it cleared up.
