Bumping...Im looking for a leave in without cones...Anyone still using this?

Hey there, Globeleza... I am still using and loving it... smile....

You may also want to consider this leave-in conditioner by Alaffia (Virgin Coconut & Shea Enriching Hair Lotion at www.alaffica.com) which is cone free as well and contains many natural and organic ingredients.....I myself will also be trying this leave-in very soon and posting a review on it... Alaffia products are handcrafted by the women of West Africa who work for a Fair Trade cooperative...and some of the sales are allocated towards empowerment projects in West Africa... I think this is really cool...

Here are the ingredients:

HERBAL INFUSION OF ROOIBOS -- Rooibos is becoming more popular in Western countries particularly amongst health-conscious consumers, who appreciate it for its high level of antioxidants such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), its lack of caffeine and its very low tannin levels

VEGETABLE GLYCERIN -- A humectant (draws water from the air, bringing it to the skin)

BEHENTRIMONIUM METHOSULFATE -- This ingredient is what you've been looking for to make your own hair conditioners. It is derived from natural Colza oil and provides many functions. It is an exceptionally mild conditioning agent, detangler, and hair thickener. It also functions as the primary emulsifier in lotions and conditioners. It gives a soft powdery afterfeel to lotions and creams.

CETEARYL ALCOHOL -- is a mixture of fatty alcohols, consisting predominantly of cetyl and stearyl alcohols and is classified as a fatty alcohol. It is used as an emulsion stabilizer, opacifying agent, and foam boosting surfactant, as well as an aqueous and nonaqueous viscosity-increasing agent. It imparts an emollient feel to the skin and can be used in water-in-oil emulsions, oil-in-water emulsions, and anhydrous formulations. It is commonly used in hair conditioners and other hair products.

SHEA BUTTER -- is a slightly greenish or ivory-colored natural fat extracted from fruit of the Shea tree by crushing and boiling. Shea butter is widely used in cosmetics as a moisturizer and an emollient.

VIRGIN COCONUT OIL -- Coconut oil is a fat consisting of about 90% saturated fat. The oil contains predominantly medium chain triglycerides,[1] with roughly 92% saturated fatty acids, 6% monounsaturated fatty acids, and 2% polyunsaturated fatty acids. Of the saturated fatty acids, coconut oil is primarily 44.6% lauric acid, 16.8% myristic acid and 8.2% palmitic acid, although it contains seven different saturated fatty acids in total. Its only monounsaturated fatty acid is oleic acid while its only polyunsaturated fatty acid is linoleic acid.[2]

PANTHENOL (VIT B) -- Research has shown that Panthenol penetrates the hair shaft and root, and can thicken the hair by up to 10%. It also increases the tensile strength of hair, giving it resistance to breakage. Panthenol makes a wonderful addition to hair conditioners, giving elasticity and luster to hair.

EMULSIFYING WAX -- Used to emulsify the oil into the water in lotions.

HYDROLYZED WHEAT PROTEIN -- Naturally derived, this moisture balancing protein offers film forming effects, and adds body and shine to hair. Able to penetrate the cuticle of the hair, this protein is a good choice for dry, brittle, damaged hair.

POTASSIUM SORBATE -- used in many personal care products to inhibit the development of microorganisms for shelf stability. Some manufacturers are using this preservative as a replacement for parabens.

ESSENTIAL OILS OF SWEET ORANGE AND ROSE GERANIUM

CITRIC ACID -- Combined with sodium bicarbonate, citric acid is what puts the fizz in your bath bombs and fizzies. Can be used to balance acidity in lotions and haircare products

Take care for now...

How is this thread 'suspect'? The OP is raving about her new found leave-in and also recommends products from different lines too. Did i miss something??

We shouldn't get too overly suspicious of companies that have done nothing wrong. Long Hair Lovers is a great company with great products. I've heard nothing but 100% professionalism from them.

I bought a few months ago
Shea-mu Solid Shampoo Bar
Shea-mu Hair Butter
Luxe Shampoo
Luxe Conditioner

My hair like it and I would repurchase except the Luxe Shampoo. The shampoo made my hair feel stripped whilst the Shampoo Bar cleansed but didn't dry my hair. The Luxe Conditioner and Hair Butter made my hair feel wickedly soft.

WTF???? $400 for4 oz of hair oil?! They seriously need to *********.

They sure do. I would be a bald head broad, if it came down to me paying 400 dollars for one product. No ma'am.
