Just stopping in to say I would plan a road trip to go to a salon called Nikos cousin.
You should also frame

Ladies I only hesitate to give specifics like location because we are doing lease signing this week. It is NOT final. I would hate for this to fall through at this point and disappoint all of you.
I will say that it will be in White Plains, NY which is in Westchester County. Westchester is the first suburb north of the Bronx. It is easily accessible by Metro North railroad from Grand Central, then about a 6 block walk from the station to the salon. Very accessible by driving as White Plains is at the crossroad of most of the New York highways
