i'm wondering if they have a "buy one get one" sale "FORMULA or BATCH".... AND THEN switch to the normal quality after the sale

Wow...I think there may be a forumulation change coming! I'm glad I didn't go overboard with the bogo in December. I hope they change back to the original ingredients.

Cousin Clarence got to MJ already?!? That sometimes means those products won't be sold any longer....I don't care about the MJ, I just hope the other black products lines (i.e. Shea Moisture) don't go anywhere...

Yeah I saw it at the Target in Philly. I don't think that its because it didn't sell well because it was always low at that Target.
I still couldn't see myself paying that much for any product. It'd after to be 50-75% off before I would even think about buying it.
Even my friends who had been wanting to try it turned it down for that "clearance" price.

You all have pretty much echoed my concernes i.e. new batch coming and product not selling well. My vote is for a formula change......blah. Oh well, the price is too dern high and the ingredients suck. I'll have to let my Mom know about the sell though; she's a MS's fan.

Ok, I finally came across a Target that does have the Miss Jessie's line on clearance here in Los Angeles. It's at the Target inside the Fox Hills Mall. They had a bunch on the shampoo's and conditioners and something called quick curls on clearance. I saw 2 large curly puddings in the purple color too. The price was like $5 off, wasn't really much off. I really like the super sweetback, I don't really buy her other stuff but since they didn't have the sweetback I didn't buy anything. Just wanted to let you ladies know that the clearance price is here in Los Angeles too.

I've never tried Miss Jessie's. Today in my Target in Falls Church, VA, all of the products were full price. $22 for a little thing of cream. 
Target also put out some more brands like Kinky Curly, Shea Moisture, and CURLS.

I admit I like to try and support black products but Miss Jessie's products are priced too high, and the ingredients aren't the best. I like Shea Moisture curl smoothie that is just as good as curly pudding...that is also sold at Target and its $9.99. Sorry Miss Jessie's I just can't do it.

Where I grew up, instead of people saying they got something from the clearance section, they would say they "got the hook up" from "Cousin Clarence"....
