That is soooo cute!!! And it's almost the exact shade of red I wanted a while back but was too scary to try.

Wow, it does look like fire!!!! Now you got me wondering what kind of chemical reaction occured between the henna and the bleach to produce such flaming colors?? I hope there's not a war going on underneath your cuticles!!! Beautiful vibrant color, tho, looks like you painted it on...:spinning:

Love it!! I bleached my ends the year before last and then a dark pink. It was fabulous. As is yours. Love it again.

It doesn't look real, it looks like your hair is on fire or the picture is super impose or something. Interesting.

Wow, I love it! Do you have any picture of when your hair was purple. I've been wanting to make my hair dark purple like grape kool-aid for the longest time. I swear if I was blonde or ever go blonde I'd have every color in the rainbow lol

hmmmm.... striking BUT....is it the bleach and color that loosened the texture in the front???

It looks like another persons curls compared to the rest of the head.....

Count me in as one of the people who is having a heart attack! :thud:

you are WAAAAYYY braver than I OP.... couldnt be me!

:look: Your hair has just made me so incredibly happy. At first I thought it was a flower..... then, the more I looked at it, the more things I began to see. A supernova in space with the shine in your hair representing the stars,

a brightly colored chrysanthemum,

and abstract art.

It's awesome. :yep:

I love it, especially with the texture!

But I'm curious...are you going to change your reggie at all, in light of this? I'd imagine that the section would need a bit more care than before.

you're young and cute so you can pull it off without missing a beat. but for an ole broad like myself, it would be devastating. what permanent color can one put over henna, btw? i've been using henna for awhile but im thinking that it hasn't been all that beneficial to my hair.

Haha, oh man the henna and bleach didn't do this! I used Manic Panic "Electric Banana" on the Roots and Special FX "Hi-Octane Orange" on the ends. That'd be crazy!

Well, I do the Tightly-Curly method, so all I use is conditioner already. I'm going to manipulate it a lot less too. I've gotta get out of the habit of HIH syndrome anyway. I've got my cholesterol, coconut oil and protein conditioner on hand just in case though. :)
Good lookin' out.

Fabulous!! I  it! Do you have pictures of when your hair was dyed other colors?

(see attachments)

The first two pictures are faded past the point of even being visible. i used cherry bomb by special fx with a little bit of left over purple haze by manic panic. the camera caught a different shade of red/purple every time i took a picture. It also was QUITE visibly purple without the sun or flash.

I kept it this color for about 2 years.

I have no idea unfortunately. :nono: I stick to semi-permanent dyes because the only time I ever used permanent dye, I had a relaxer and had to cut my hair to a pixie cut. I know other members have more experience with that though.

For some reason it reminds of Blazing buffalo & ranch doritos or Flaming hot cheetos... maybe I'm just hungary.....

I just ate some doritos in the red bag. The logo looks just like her hair.

Awesome!

I always had major setbacks every time I tried a lighter color on my hair. My hair can't take it. I have to live vicariously through folks like you.

i think im gonna do my bangs this summer and experiment with diff colors when they start to fade...im scurred of bleach though! im probably gonna lighten it to a bronze with a box kit first...

your color is stunning...i've never seen anything like it...i didnt know you used color though, i though the bleach turned the top the blondish color and then made left over henna at the ends bright red lol
