@ SS if you love your hair and happy with your choice then the video shouldn't bother you! I couldn't care less what video a relaxed head makes because I'm happy with my decision. You have been here long enough to know that relaxed vs natural threads are some of the livest!

Sometimes the natural "movement" is like when black people are "allowed" to be racist, because so many whites in the past were...So its "acceptable" to be making grand rash statements about women with relaxers and take cheap shots...
I love my natural hair but jeez, it can get a little...cliquish and some as far as cult-ish (though not in this instance)among natural heads at times.

It was a cute song and nothing to get upset over. It was play on the Singles Ladies song not a statement about relaxed ladies. How many times has someone dissed something about you and your response is to say "they jealous" or "they know they want it". Just like in the Single Ladies song Bey says "If he liked it he should have put a ring on it" that's not literally true. He could have liked it just fine but to make herself feel better she makes that statement. That's all the song is doing. Don't take things so literally. It will save you from alot of stress and misinterpretation.

Wow...this thread is already going off the deep end. It's just a song somebody with too much time on their hands concocted for a laugh. Obviously, all of us here at LHCF love our hair (I mean we have to in order to spend some time on a board that is devoted to hair): relaxed OR natural.
