MaxJones - I don't think it would take long for her hair to start showing growth at all. Probably like a week or 2. Plus the OP said she was using Megatek so wouldn't that increase the growth rate? To me it did seem sudden but after reading this whole thread I got the feeling that it could've just been recent and the OP had already dealt with the shock and just was looking for ideas.
Moustacy, you're right. This really went too far, I won't highlight what things took it beyond the cliff though. Even though I expressed my opinion, I feel like your hair is more than salvageable and you DO have a pretty texture. If it were me though, I wouldn't worry about the negatives, even what I said previously. It's just the internet and the mood of the forum, take from this the neutral and positive points and do you.

Since they no longer sell Surge, there is no other product I've found to get rid of the MTG funk.
