no joke though. The food is richhhhhhhhhhhhh! I heard about cracker barrel, but I thought that was cheese?Aaaaaand that's why the majority of us are... lol.
Okay, I am so mad at this BOGO sale because I'm totally spending money I don't need to spend lol. Anyway, I bought the Yucca & Baobab Anti-Breakage Masque, Yucca & Aloe Thickening Growth Milk, African Black Soap Deep Cleansing Shampoo, and the Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Style Milk. I already have the Raw Shea Butter Deep Tmt Masque that I bought from Target two weeks ago; I'm kicking myself because if I knew about this BOGO sale, I would have waited and could have gotten one more product for the price at Walgreens
I'm washing and detangling my hair today, so I'll see how some of the products works on my hair then.

I'm pleased with the Yucca line (the masque and growth milk) so far. As far as thickening, I don't see it yet. Maybe after continuous use, I will see an improvement in that area? But as far as it being moisturizing, I am pretty satisfied. I love how the products moisturize my hair without the oily/sticky feeling I usually get with other moisturizes. The growth milk (which I used on damp hair) was pretty good at defining my curls too. I like the Yucca masque more than the Shea Butter masque as a DC, because the Yucca masque left my hair feel smooth, silky, and detangled while the Shea Butter masque had the opposite effect.
azuquita_morena Thank you! Next sale I will try the Yucca hair milk & Conditioner..
*I need one more staple conditioner & that will be it for me...lol
Are you natural?
Happy Hair Growing!
Lita Yes, I'm natural, and I'm mostly 4a (that's fine/thin) with random 3C patches that give me hell lol. It tangles a lot, but the Yucca line seems to keep the tangling at a minimum.
Eh... didn't care for the smoothie. It left my hair soft but didn't have enough hold to it and made it look a little dull. I'll stick with IC gel from now on. I don't know why I ever stray from my first true love.
I believe the name of this product can be misleading. I don't think it is supposed to be a styler for wash n gos. People use it for twists and braids. I think they mean curl enhancing in the sense that moisture=more defined curls. So I believe some also use it as a moisturizer or leave in.
The smoothie works perfect for my two strand twists.
This was my first time purchasing any Shea Moisture products. Darn I only got two jars.

But you have Baton Rouge and The Pickle Barrel!nope!!! Ya'll get everything. Even olive garden. I lovvvvvve the red velvet cheesecake, banana creme and tres leche! I buy it every time I go. Next time there's a BOGO, I'm making a shopping trip
It looks like the Walgreens on Delaware & North has everything too - they have the Raw Shea Butter, Coconut & Hibiscus, African Black Soap, and Yucca & Baobab products....well if you're looking for sheamoisture, the walgreens on main & kenmore (across from UB south campus) is the only one with the whole line just to save you some trips looking lol
So. Yeah....my damn walgreens has yet to replenish their shea moisture stock n my raincheck gonna expire soon...i hate them.../endrant
