Okay, I am so mad at this BOGO sale because I'm totally spending money I don't need to spend lol. Anyway, I bought the Yucca & Baobab Anti-Breakage Masque, Yucca & Aloe Thickening Growth Milk, African Black Soap Deep Cleansing Shampoo, and the Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Style Milk. I already have the Raw Shea Butter Deep Tmt Masque that I bought from Target two weeks ago; I'm kicking myself because if I knew about this BOGO sale, I would have waited and could have gotten one more product for the price at Walgreens:ohwell:

I'm washing and detangling my hair today, so I'll see how some of the products works on my hair then.

azuquita_morena Please give a review..I'm interested in trying the yucca line..

We just ordered online.
Me and my mom have literally been waiting 3mths for our Target to start selling the Curl enhancing cream:blush: But i guess it was meant for us to get it on Walgreens:grin:

We got 2 of everything because we could not mix & match online:ohwell: I spent hours thinking of what to get because i did not want to get 2 of something i did not like.

Products Purchase:
2x Moisture Retention Shampoo
2x Black Soap Deep Cleansing Shampoo- For the terrible dandruff
2x Curl Enhancing smoothie
2x Deep Hair Masque Treatment

..such a great deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :grin::grin::grin::grin::grin::grin:

I'm pleased with the Yucca line (the masque and growth milk) so far. As far as thickening, I don't see it yet. Maybe after continuous use, I will see an improvement in that area? But as far as it being moisturizing, I am pretty satisfied. I love how the products moisturize my hair without the oily/sticky feeling I usually get with other moisturizes. The growth milk (which I used on damp hair) was pretty good at defining my curls too. I like the Yucca masque more than the Shea Butter masque as a DC, because the Yucca masque left my hair feel smooth, silky, and detangled while the Shea Butter masque had the opposite effect.

Lita Yes, I'm natural, and I'm mostly 4a (that's fine/thin) with random 3C patches that give me hell lol. It tangles a lot, but the Yucca line seems to keep the tangling at a minimum.

My stuff is here! My stuff is here! I can't wait to cowash tonight so I can use everything!

I have a question: how are you ladies using the Restorative Conditioner? As a rinse out conditioner or a DC?

Eh... didn't care for the smoothie. It left my hair soft but didn't have enough hold to it and made it look a little dull. I'll stick with IC gel from now on. I don't know why I ever stray from my first true love. :)

I believe the name of this product can be misleading. I don't think it is supposed to be a styler for wash n gos. People use it for twists and braids. I think they mean curl enhancing in the sense that moisture=more defined curls. So I believe some also use it as a moisturizer or leave in.

Ohhhhh.... But I did use it to make a braid-out. Do you mean braids and twists to wear?
Well, either way, it's leaving my cabinet. It just felt like I put straight up shea butter on it and my hair doesn't like plain shea butter for some reason. Made my hair sort of stick together and gave it a really coated feeling/look.

The smoothie works perfect for my two strand twists.

This was my first time purchasing any Shea Moisture products. Darn I only got two jars.

I'm glad I didn't see this thread last week. I would have been stuffing my bathroom shelves with more products that I don't need right now.

nope!!! Ya'll get everything:nono:. Even olive garden:nono:. I lovvvvvve the red velvet cheesecake, banana creme and tres leche! I buy it every time I go. Next time there's a BOGO, I'm making a shopping trip:yep:
But you have Baton Rouge and The Pickle Barrel! :lick: :eat:

:lachen::lachen::lachen:...well if you're looking for sheamoisture, the walgreens on main & kenmore (across from UB south campus) is the only one with the whole line just to save you some trips looking lol
It looks like the Walgreens on Delaware & North has everything too - they have the Raw Shea Butter, Coconut & Hibiscus, African Black Soap, and Yucca & Baobab products.

Sooooo I live approximately 30 minutes due west of Orlando and I have 1 Target and 2 Walgreens near me…my Target does not sell Shea Moisture OR Kinky Curly OR the Curls for Target line!!!!!

Has anybody had to put in a special request to get them in their stores? I wanna try Shea Moisture but I don't wanna take a road trip to get it :(
