ND, I remember when you posted older pics of your short cut and you really wanted to go back. I am glad you did. As a pre-pixie wearer, I loved the heck out of some short hair. You couldn't tell me NATHAN, so I understand the feeling,lol.
The cut looks great on you and most importantly if it ups your confidence and you are feeling yourself, stick with it.

I think you look beautiful either way and I like your color. My hair is currently between neck length and shoulder length and I hate how I look with it! My face seems sooo long and I constantly have to flat iron for it to look decent. But I have been BSL before and I LOVED my hair when I was BSL. I don't know if I should cut it short or into a bob or if I should just continue to let it grow. But I do know that SL does NOT look good on me. Maybe when you decide to let it grow out and you reach BSL, you may feel as though long hair compliments your feature as well as the short hair, just not the in between phase.
