What I am doing now is that i am trying to keep up w/moisturizing my hair everyday, keep up on washing it every wk. I now sleep in a plastic cap and in the morning my hair is soooo soft. I got the idea from another woman(i 4got her name) but she uses a homemade Sulfur mix(i use Sulfur 8) and then she sleeps with the plastic cap on. I like this way much better and will keep it up because it also keeps the moisture in your hair all the time. Anyway if you want to know more ask.
