^Thanks for bumping! I've been wondering about this for the past few days cause i've been thinking of switching from ORS, it will either be MBB or Affirm Fiberguard for me.

I haven't had a relaxer in 2 years!
But when I was relaxing Optimum dried out my hair, Elasta QP reverted easily, ORS was good, Silk Elements was better but Phyto was the best! The overall health of my hair changed drastically with its use. Only drawback was there was something different about purchasing online (Polly & Co.) and purchasing in store (Sephora). The online product was smoother than that from the store.

I have been using Paul Mitchell for almost 20 months now. It's pricey, but my hair has never been longer or sleeker with any other relaxer. :yep:

I find that dark and lovely does the job but not well. Mizani the one in the gold tub i think its for normal hair does the job! its pricey but its sooo worth my hair comes out very smooth

my fave ever is elasta no base in regular. my hair still has life and movement afterwards, not that stuck-to-the-head situation i usually get. even though i go pretty much bone straight, it's not as thin as it would be with other relaxers.

i keep hearing raves about the ors relaxer, but i can't work with anything in that line. i will not try my luck with that one.

Too scared to go with Affirm relaxer; the last thing I need is thinning hair. So I bought the elasta qp no base. I did, however, buy the Protecto and Positive Link conditioners from Affirm.

I'm faithful to ORS no lye olive oil relaxer in normal, i add a tsp of avocado oil to the relaxer too which protects my scalp. Ive also used silk elements, Mizanii butter blends and affirm fibre guard all being lye relaxers they didn't work for me at all, burnt the hell out of my scalp and didn't straighten my hair at all!
