I love free stuff and all but when they started giving me 10-15 sample packs of what ever the sample of the day was, I started feeling like we were developing some kind of sick relationship. I had to step away, but I glance at it everyday when I walk out my front door and when I come home at night, she is the last outside place that I look at...It's a shame ain't it?

When they know who you are by your voice over the phone
When they call you to tell you they got a new product in
When the stock guys know your name
When they say things like "so, how did that (specific product) work for you"
When they give you a discount, and you know there's no sale
When you feel obligated to go at least once a week
When you refer ppl to the bss and they call You to ask you where things are in the store instead of asking for help
When most of the recipts in your wallet are from the BSS...

That all just sounds like good customer service to me. Carry on you have nothing to be ashamed of..
...the owner hugs you when you walk in, asks who you're dating, interrogates the male friend you bring with you on a run ("So, why no commitment yet? What's the hold up?"), and says you're acting just like his daughter in New York - he doesn't understand why we won't settle down
