I use Blue Bonnet 1000mcg, not sure if this is a good brand or not, ive only used it for about 3 1/2 weeks

Right now I'm using 2500mg from GNC. It's pretty good. But I want to try Freeda's dBiotin 10,000mg.

I think it was giving me good growth but I really don't know if I need to take that much plus I just started taking B complex that has 1500 mcgs of Biotin. So I take 1 5000mcg of Puritan Pride and 1 B complex...
