I had the same issue with my combs that I received, I was like something STANK I took the combs out of the package and washed them with shampoo and they were ok.

I spoke with them today and they informed me that those were hot off the presses and that the others didn't smell because they had time to sit on the shelves and air out. These didn't and that is why they smell LOL. Customer Service from this company is AWESOME!

I soaked mine in conditioner and washed it and the smell is a lot less.

I bought Kinky Kurly Knot today, but not sure how I'm suppose to use it. As a detangler, before I wash?? leave-in?? or co-wash with it?? HELP!?!?!

Guess that's what I get for jumping on wagons.....

I just love the renpure reconstructor. It leaves my hair feeling really strong, but also soft and healthy!!

I received my Davines potion today and the smell is wonderful. It's a light smell and oil, can't wait to try it out!!

You can use it as a detangler to detangle before or after you wash....i use it after...you can use it as a leave in to layer under any styling products. I actually used it in my mom's freshly washed relaxed hair before blowdrying and flat ironing it....of course i used a heat protect right after applying it though.

Sorry it took me so long to respones yea the herbal hair souffle smells good and the soc it 2 mii curl.I wash my hair I put alittle of the gel in my hair then blow dry.I put hair souffle on then the gel then I flat iron.It looks like I relaxed it this works good I only have 4 months of new growth.
