So what are you doing this weekend to Nurture & Nourish YOUR Hair??

Tonight After Work I plan to:

Caffeine Pre-Poo
Co-Cleanse with Darcy's Cleansing Conditioner
Coffee Rinse with Nexxus Emergencee on Top under dryer 20 minutes
Quick Oyin Honey Hemp Co-Wash
Steam with Marie Dean's Vanilla Repair
Black Tea Rinse
ACV Phinising Rinsse
Apply Leave In/Oil & Dry under Dryer

And You??????

I will be doing a HOT under the steamer today with Avocado, WGO and some organic hemp or flax seed oil (I can't rememeber which one) with a couple capsules of vitamin E oil. Followed by a cowash with Millcreek biotin con and AO HSR

Saturday I'll likely co wash again....on second thought maybe I should have saturday be my poo wash day going forward so that I can be sure to cowash again on sunday..yep that's the plan. SO saturday I will do a delightful DC under steam and then I'll use giovanni TTTT poo and con (I'll retreive that from the guest bathroom and see if it will make it back into my good graces)

I love doing my hair when I have a fresh relaxer

looking for more stores with north american hemp co products on clearance for $1.48. i cleared out the one store i found

i'm sick and I don't know if I feel like getting my head wet so I might postpone my wash a few days

Today wash, deep condition under steamer, curlformer set. Sunday loosely braid for the week since I will be wigging it

Wash w/ shea moisture poo
Conditioning w/ Curl Junkie Repair Me
Leave In: Curl Junkie smoothing lotion
Put in pontail w/a roller on the end... under the dryer, the rest air dry.

I will be wearing two flat twists (milk braids).

Sunday, I'll pre-poo w/ raw honey, brazil nut butter, oil mixture, then shampoo with Chagrin Valley's extra honey/beer shampoo bar, then do my monthly ACV rinse then condition with Aussie Moist, then deep condition for the first time using B.A.S.K's Cacao bark treat.

This is going to be my third attempt at straightening.

Saturday I will cleanse with cj daily fix followed by a few minutes under a plastic with cj repair me. Then I will dc for a few hours with silk dreams Shea what. Will seal with my gvp super skinny serum and airdry in twists. Will blow out flat iron and trim on Sunday.

I wanted to get my hair braided up......but Noooooo, my braider gone an' got hitched and moved. Hmmph.

So instead I'll be:
DC on dry hair with steam...with my AOGPB (I'm picking up my jumbo sized bottle tomorrow )
Shampoo with SD Go Moist OR Co-wash with BFH Cotton Marshmallow Co-Cleanser
Black Tea rinse
Steam with oils
Place a moisture DC over that(yet to be decided) and steam again.
Oil rinse with castor oil

I am doing a black tea rinse/ DC
and tightening up some braids around my edges and crown so they look Fresh, my 3 week old braids are fuzzzzzzzzzzzzyyyyyy!

pulled out my style I had in for 2 weeks
washed with diluted Dr Bronner
Now have SSI Okra hair repair in (gonna use my hair therapy wrap for 15 mins)
will DC with KBB mask

not sure what Im gonna do with my hair after ... wanted to wet bun but all my hair products for bunning (aloe thix and Oyin BSP) are at my Bfs house. I dont feel like twisting no darn hair either ... so i dunno what Im gonna do.

well Im gonna go sleep with the KBB in ... then I'll decide what Im gonna do

I just co-washed with Tresemme Naturals and then used the same as a leave-in and I am not rocking a curly side pony. I gotta say, it is too cute!

soak hair with ayurvedic tea (hibiscus, catnip, fenugreek) before oil rinse

oil rinse with shikakai, brahmi

overnight dc with ayurvedic powders, ayurvedic oil(s) and conditioner

I think I will be pre-pooing using Chicoro's method, followed by shampooing, black tea rinse, deep conditioning, leave-in and air-dry. I don't know which products I will be using yet but will update with them later.

I am pre-poo'ing with Apricot oil and will do the following:

Poo w/TRESemme split repair
Co-wash w/ TRESemme split repair condish
Lee Stafford Hair Growth Treatment for 10 minutes
Malibu Protein Treatment
DC under steamer w/ something
Leave in w/TRESemme split repair leave in
TRESemme split repair serum

Air dry using:

Juicy leave in
Ojon Serum
Seal w/ Aloe Vera Oil & Davines Oil

I'll be steaming with coconut oil and some kind of deep condish (haven't decided yet). Will be braiding my hair, ready for my half wig. I'm in love with half wigs now!

I just washed, dc'd with Motions CPR (to counteract all the heat I've been using)
and set my hair on orange rods with Africa's Best Silky Setting lotion. (really love this stuff!) and airdrying. Will take the rods out tomorrow morning before church.
