u know your hair is getting healthier when...

-you haven't combed it (or style it) for two weeks and you still have less tangles than you thought.
-you lose a lot less hair after styling said hair
-you look for any excuses to get your hair wet cause of how soft it is afterwards.

please feel free to add to the list ladies

The length of your hair is no longer at a standstill.....it's growing :D

It feels moisturized even when it is dry(not wet).

You realize that your hair actually is growing!
Your hair isn’t popping off all over the place.
You can stretch a relaxer a little longer.
You make a ponytail and finally the ends are looking thicker.

-You rollerset your natural hair and it comes out smooth and silky.
-Those troubled spots no longer give you problems.
-It shines without a lot of product.
-People start to stare and ask for hair advice

Here's the next most recent thing I have noticed about my hair: I can no longer use small bobby pins or my good days hair pins from ulta. My hair has thickened so much I am now using the long jumbo pins, they are much heavier(I think ppl use them for holding rollersets normally). These pins are the only thing that will hold my protective style in place all day (w/o me having to go re-position or find pieces fell out of position). I don't know what is causing my hair to increase in thickeness. The only big change I have made this summer is water rinsing (If that is the cause).

....when you think your hair has changed textures... (true story)

....when your hair is super shiny and you haven't used any product.

When your ends look great and you haven't trimmed in months
When you lose less hair on wash day
When you can limit the usage of products/tools with optimal results
When your hair is blinging :D

when you can make any day a good hair day...seriously
when your hair looks like it's got to be greasy and it's not..it's just ultra moisturized
when you don't need bobby pins at all....to me that indicates growth..I don't need anything for my styles anymore..

-When your hair stays moisturized up until the day you wash/condition again
-Less breakage
-New growth grows in thicker/stronger.

When your new growth is softer, more manageable, has more sheen, and more moisturized than your relaxed ends.

Also, when you can stretch 5 months and have minimal tangling when washing and rollersetting.

When you realize you've never had a drain clogged with hair until now. I guess those little broken off hairs don't get caught in the drain only the long shed hairs do.

That's a good one! I forgot about the weave comments!!! Thats the highest form of a compliment, in my opinion. You know you've "made it" when you over hear the murmured weave comments/speculation. :lachen:

-When you come out of surgery, unwrap your french braid and your hair is STILL looking good :lachen: :lachen:

-People compliment your hair and you haven't washed it, combed it or just did plain ol' nothing to it.

-When people are dying to touch you scalp (track check :lachen: ) or they always want to touch your hair
