Hello ladies, I've resolved to be a lurker in the most recent months, but I have to post my 1 yr update!! Its been an amazing yr, I remember when I was a staunch MTG advocate, when i ran to buy Lenzi request, when I would pop Biotin, and Nioxin 2x a day, when I did my daily cowashes. Now I wash once or 2x a week, and I dont put anything on my hair daily, but olive oil and sta fro, I've learned to not comb my hair everyday, I dont even use a comb unless I wash, and my hair is so stress free, takes me a min to get it done in the morning. I went from crying about split ends, to realizing now that I cant see any, I still lose more hair than I'd love to, but I dont freak out about it anymore. I dont use heat at home unless Im rather desperate, I have been doing my own relaxers, and Phyto has been my best friend every 10-12weeks since last Sep! I discovered Dominican salons and the beauty of getting ur hair done in less than 2hrs, and pin curls!! I've friends and family tellin me everytime my hair is down that " Wow, what are u putting on it, it has grown in the past yr", and I just smile, and think to myself, "LHCF". 
When I got on here, I was just a lil bit past neck length, had never been able to successfully grow my hair past my shoulders since I was little, and now I know APL might just be by the end of the yr or soon. I just want to thank you ladies for everything, for the new discoveries that happen everday, and the bandwagons that we all jump on Most importantly I just want to thank you for making me aware of just the possibility that lie beneath my hair follicles (lol for real) and how to make my hair growth a pleasant and doable experience.
