Hey girls

I have been at my job for 2 years...I work for a large company but the department I work in is awful. I have been so unhappy in this department, the management is awful, they yell, they are nasty to people, they threaten to fire you...you name it...I have been praying for God to get me out of here but it's hard because my supervisor trys to keep people in here behind their back (friends with the Human Resources lady).

Well anyway, I finally got an interview in another department, and the position is perfect for me and the supervisor wanted to offer the job to me but all of a sudden the HR lady is telling me there is a freeze on internal transfers, so i can't go....ladies please tell me what to do...I'm so upset and I'm losing hope that God will deliver me from this situation...

thanks in advance. :(

Hi, LuLu:)

Oh yes God can most definitely handle this situation!! He can make it where your enemies will flee from you in terror. (In their minds) Remember he makes your enemies your footstool. He will contend with those that contend with you. He is your shield and your exceedingly great reward. Just keep the Peace of God in your heart and the love of Jesus on your mind. There are angels watching over you to keep you in all of your ways. God loves you and I ask you is there anything too hard for Him. Let us bind these hindrances that have come against you and loose deliverance and what you want in that job in Jesus name. Amen!!

Thank you so much for replying, and God definately used you to speak to me...that is what I needed to hear!!

I'm just praying on this situation this weekend and on Monday I'm to talk to the people further up and hope that God shows me his favor.

Been there done that. Girl can and will pull you out. The postion that you interviewed for my not be in God's plan. It may not be the job for you. Pray for guidence that he places you where you are to be, not where you want to be.

My last job ( if you do a search, I posted here) was just horrible. I prayed not only to be released from that position but from the school itself. I prayed and prayed and was still struck there. I hated it so bad.

The good news is that I says last job - the past- God gave me a job that I love, but more importanltly I can minister there as well. I had students come to me my first 2 weeks and say "you are a christian, great what is your opionion about...." so God gets the glory in this situation.

It will come my sister it will come, just know that all things work for the good of those who love the Lord. Even the tribuations work for our good.

Call the Department of Labor anamoulsy(sp??); this type of behavior is not accepted by employers. The governement protects people from working in these types of enviroments. The Department will investigate the actions you can even get a family member to call and report the problem. I know this is hard but you are going to have to trust God that He will move you no matter what others try to do but if God wants you to stay there for awhile He will also give you strength to make it through. Praying for your strength in the Lord. I think these people still need to be reported so that others will not have go through this hell once God moves you out.

God can definitely handle this one. If that job is the one God wants you to have. That is the one you will have. Just be patient. I had a similar trial about 6 months ago and didn't know how I was gonna get out of there. All of a sudden I was transferred, a process that my employer doesn't really do. So hang in there and pray and keep your spirit up. You never know why you are in the current position your in God may be wanting to use you to help the spirit in your department who knows. You want to be where God wants you to be. God Bless

I was in a situation like this and found myself questioning why God didn't "deliver" me from my hell hole of a job. The workload, evil co-workers, etc. I found that every thing that I experienced at that job, prepared me for my current job of my dreams. Don't lose patience. When the right job for you comes along, it will fall in your lap and you won't have to wonder. God's plan is always the right one, even if you see a job that you think may be perfect for you, just hold on!
