I am not sure what to do or what to use to get the most growth I can possibly get. What have you used that offered the maximum growth potential?

I use Lenzi's Request. Used to be talked about a lot on here back in the day. I have used her pomade, and now I use her oil. It works for me, as I have had noted faster growth in my problem areas. My sides and bang area grow the slowest on my head, but with the consistent use of this growth aid I've noticed these areas are growing at a steady pace. I use it twice weekly, on wash day(usually Friday or Saturday), and again on Wednesday.

I use this as well. I am not trying to get massive growth with a product (prefer just taking care of my hair and seeing what happens) but, like b2r, it is really great in my problem areas. Plus it is an overall good scalp oil. I love it.

In my experience I would definitely say the best growth aid is good nutrition. Getting some bloodwork done can really help to see what holes (if any) there are in your nutrition, that may be impeding you from better growth.

I kinda lightweight hate when people talk about patience and nutrition being their "growth aide". Obviously the OP is talking about a product. And that's not shade to either ladies that posted here, I've seen it posted billions of times on the board. It's like asking someone for their regimen and them saying, "I just keep my hair clean and moisturized." Well duh. Come offa some details woman. Lol.

My two best growth aides - MN (mixed with almond oil) and Sublimed Sulfer (mixed with coconut oil/grease). HTH

I understand. But for ME, there were/are no actual "products" that ever helped me with growth. Sorry. I think a combination of things help. And for my hair it is nutrition and supplements. I'm sure there are products that worked great for others and hopefully they will post and help out the OP.

I have used MN and Sublimed Sulfer in the past and it helped somewhat but again not that much for me.

jamaican dark castor oil hair fertilizer. I also mix in a little pure jamican dark castor, peppermint and basil essential oils in it. It is great. My hair grows like crazy. If you look up peppermint, castor, and basil oil online, it states they are the best growth essential oils. I order mine online or buy from the vitamin shoppe.

Okay, I am taking alot of stuff to grow my hair back after a horrible haircut and bleach setback. I have cowashing and bunning daily and I will not do keratin treatments for at least 2 years (to minimize heat). I take:

Viviscal

Vitol Ener-G vitamins (1 daily because I take other vitamins - don't want to O.d.lol)
http://www.evitamins.com/ener-g-two-a-day-vitol-2761

MSM - Doctors Best (3,000 mg)

Spring Valley Hair, skin and nail vitamins (From Wal-mart)

Folic acid 800mg (Wal-mart)

Jay Robb Strawberry Whey protein powder (not necessarily for hair growth but it helps).

I have been getting excellent growth. I will try the castor oil next. I haven't had a setback like this since 1997 and I big chopped from damage. My hair is about 90% healthy now. :yep: I will be back to BSL by May then headed back to WL from there!

I've been meaning to ask you: Did you see the Thread a while back where they compared Beverly Johnson's products to Verifen?

I was wondering what your thougths were because you STANS for Verifen. I was waiting on you to weigh-in before I backed my Cart out on the Beverly Johnson products.

Oh I'm so sorry about replying. I don't visit this forum like I used to.

Does Beverly Johnson have her own personal line of hair care products? I know she was brought in to advertise or sponsor Verifen Complex hair products. That's what I was told by the former president.

In fact, her name was placed on the products, if I'm not mistaken. I read a thread about her advertising Verifen Complex products some time ago. In fact, I just finished using a jar of Constant Care for Ends and her name was on it.

Do you have the thread handy? If so, let me know.

I've only been on my HHJ since February 2012 and have not tried alot of things. But, I started taking vitamins and supplements. I did have blood work done (for another reason) and as usual everything was in order except my iron levels (anemia). I began taking different multi-vitamins, but only noticed that I felt better with GNC Be Whole. So I decided to add the GNC HairSkin&Nails. I've been taking them consistently since June and I've seen increased hair growth, but I noticed my skin and nails improving first. I also noticed more growth during the times that I drink plenty of water. I will order Hair Trigger and begin using it in January. In the last 9 months my hair has grown about 4.5 inches.
