Earning a professional degree( take it from one who knows) does not equate to having "talent in the brain". Now, if she is known for creative law making via interesting or life changing cases, then, yes I would agree.
So, with all that "talent in her brain" what has she contributed to the body of law?
Besides, from my research into her career, I read that, allegedly, she was actually disbarred based on unethical behavior but chose to voluntarily relinquish her law license instead . It could be incorrect....I'm only reporting what I read a few years ago.
