Well I live in New Orleans. 5 mins from the Superdome. Since the Super Bowl is here this weekend, I don't plan on doing anything to my hair. All I want to do is enjoy the festivities :)

I was suppose to be getting a T/U but the Roads are bad (snowy & ice). So, I cancelled until next week.:ohwell:...

So I guess it gives me another week to 'prep' so I guess tonight I'll:

Cowash with Claudie's Avocado Intense
Slather on some Coconut Creme & Rinse *i think i prefer Coconut Milk* @Nix08
Steam with Marie Dean's Papaya & Mango or something like that
ACV Rinse
Tea Rinse
Dry under dryer

I did a Nexxus Emergencee Tuesday to prepare for my T/U, and it's not happenin'.

And YOU?

Wash with NG lemon and mint detox, may follow with NG coconut cleasing conditioner if it gets here before 4pm, DC with NG slippery elm, leave in soft and silky detangling conditioner seal with wheat germ oil.
To style i might add a little QH amla nourishing pomade or hydrate and twist butter to braid for a braidout tomorrow. Or i may just cornrow to wig for the upcoming week.

The same as usual, deep condition on dry hair, wash and condition followed by rollerset with purple flexi rods. Sit under the dryer for 30 minutes and air dry over night, flat iron the roots in the am.

I am trying to use up my stash, just cleaned out the "hair closet" last weekend and I still have two baskets of hair supplies. That's just crazy. I've become a product junkie and didn't even know it.

So I plan to use a LOT of conditioner to prepoo, sleep on it. Rinse and deep condtion, then apply Shea Moisture Smoothie, Ecostyler gel mixture and twist away. I'm wearing a twist out this weekend, it's been my signature hair-do since December 2012 and I'm loving the retention, growth and style!

I'm gonna do a roller set. The last time I roller set my hair was September 15. I'm looking forward to it. I plan on getting up early in the morning to do it since I have a funeral to attend.

Normally Sunday is my wash day but since it's Superbowl weekend I'll be doing my hair Saturday. So my plans are to take out my flat twists, wash and DC, maybe do a quick length check, and then twist my hair back up and keep wiggin it!

Today I washed my twists, retwisted the ones that unraveled, coated them with aloe vera gel, and then covered my hair with a stocking cap. I plan to keep it that way until Sunday. Then I'll deep condition using a mixture of honey, aloe vera, and a pinch of baking soda, rinse, then cover again. My hair will be clean and moisturized for class Monday.

Friday - I M&S'd, I was actually supposed to do that yesterday :naughty: I'm going to throw it in a bun for work.

Saturday - light detangling session with coconut oil and put it up in a bun again for work

Sunday - (before I leave work in the morning I will drink massive amounts of coffee so I can come straight home and wash my hair)
Fully detangle my hair
Cowash with Aussie Moist
DC and at home steam with MoroccanOil Intense Hydrating mask
Cool and Seal with MoroccanOil Moisture Repair condish
AVJ rinse
Add my leave in, T&C and sit under my soft bonnet attachment so my hair can be dry for the Superbowl party I'm attending that afternoon. (I'll probably leave it curly for the party then bun it for the week.)

When I get home tonight I'm going to slather condition on my hair and let it sit overnight. I have a couple of tight spots that I couldn't get out with finger detangling. And when I get up tomorrow I'll rinse and apply my deep condition and heat cap and seal. I shampooed last week so my scalp isn't itchy.
