I am considering purchasing a u-part wig http://www.eloquenthair.com/part-it-lace-wigs/ .

I am in love with the look of these wigs. I have emailed them several times and they always respond quickly. The seem legit and based on the picture and descriptions the hair seems to be of good quality and realistic texture.

The turn around time for a custom wig is about 3 weeks but if you buy one of the in stock wigs they ship in 48 hours.

I ordered 1 custom u-part and 1 in stock 1/2 wig. I should have the 1/2 in the next 3 or 4 days. I am very excited.

CocoBunny Did you get the in stock half wig from them yet? I have ordered a upart from them before. The wig was quality, and gorgeous construction. I have never ordered a half wig from them before, but I just ordered an instock one from them today. I ordered a peruvian wave 14". Hopefully I will have it by the end of this week or early next week.

I did get it and it is lovely. Since it was in stock it arrived in less than 72 hours. Great hair quality and the wig was well made. The cap was a little snug but I have a big head.

I love that their pictures on the website show so much detail. It makes selecting a a hair texture a little easier.

I have 2 more weeks to wait on for the u- part.

OMG thank you sooo much for this thread.:yep:
I wear only half wigs and want to get a good quality one and this looks like the answer. I got my eye on their kinky straight half wig

I am so glad to find this thread. I ordered two wigs from Eloquenthair(one straight, one curly) that had to be custom made 3 weeks ago. My order status still reads: Awaiting Fulfillment. I was a little concerned that this company may possibly be a scam but I am relieved to see that ladies on this board have indeed received their units and are pleased with them. I will just have to be more patient.:pullhair:

Which wigs did you order?
I ordered the kinky straight half wig and the Malaysian Remy Somalian Wave Part It Lace Wig two weeks ago. I hate that it takes so long

Sorry I am just reading your post. I ordered the Indian Remy Brazilian wave half wig and the Asian Remy Italian Yaki half wig.

Today will be four weeks exactly and still no wigs. I know what you mean.

Michelle1971,
Did you receive your wig yet?

mezzogirl
No not yet :(
I emailed them yesterday and they said that they got an influx of new orders, which caused a delay in production.
I just checked a moment ago and my status changed to Pending :yay:
I hope they get here next week. Since they are in California, it shouldn't take too long to get to AZ once it ships...the synthetic half wigs I have been wearing are D.O.N.E.

Yaay! It's almost been 6 1/2 weeks and they have finally shipped my hair.:yay:

So happy for you:yep:. It's not cool how they over promise on their shipping times. Let us know how you like the pieces.

IMO: The delay with them is that they are dealing with a middleman (China), I wish I knew who they were dealing with so I could just order from the Chinese vendor directly.

mezzogirl...congratulations :yep:
I think that it is complete :censored: that they are taking so long to complete and ship out orders. I just let them know that. I could have made my own in the time it is taking.
On top of that, I'm moving so I guarantee that my package will be lost "somewhere" when they finally get it done. :nono:  :angry2:

I had a grin on my face when I signed for my package this morning. The Asian Remy Italian Yaki was nappier than I expected. It looks like my hair looks when I wash it and let it air dry (except a little rougher). The hair is plentiful. The Italian Remy Brazilian Wave had me drooling. The hair was extremely soft. The unit is beautiful. It is longer than I wanted. I ordered a 20 inch because I thought the curls would draw the hair up to about bra strap for me. I'm 5 '9. The hair fell mid back. I attempted to attach some pictures. I might have to share the photos over a couple of post.

I flat ironed the Asian Remy Italian Yaki. It made very little difference. My hair is relaxed and doesn't blend well with the hair. The hair looks more like straightened coarse natural hair. It is very big hair and not very soft to the touch. I will say that it looks like hair that would be growing out of your head.

That one looks like it would match my hair. I hope the one that I am getting is soft. I can't stand rough feeling wigs.:ohwell:

Well, I received one of the units that I ordered (Kinky straight half wig).
It's soft so I am happy about that. I just co-washed it and once it dries I will run the flat iron over it a bit and bump the ends. When I do I will upload pics of it straight out the bag and then after.
My other unit should be here by the end of the week. I really wanted that one first :(

Here are the pics for the Kinky Straight Half Wig. Sorry for the horrible picture quality. The first three is the wig straight out the bag. The last two are after I cowashed it last night then flat ironed this am. The hair is soft and full and light. Very little shedding.
I got lazy so I just slapped a headband on :look:. Plus I should be receiving my curly wig tomorrow and I didn't feel like flat-ironing the front only to have to wash it out tomorrow
This unit is 16 inches and I had it dyed to a color 1 even though I am normally a 1b. I read reviews about their 1b being lighter than normal so I didn't want to take the chance. Otherwise this is a good unit and I am happy with the purchase. I just wish that it didn't take so long to receive it.

Wow that is a great looking unit:yep: The texture looks divine, and you wear it well. It looks great curled with the headband.

Hi, is there any possibility of taking more pics of this wig? I can't really see the texture of it. How does it look wet and air dried or blow dried? Does it get react? Sorry for all the questions, I'm planning on ordering this wig soon, I would like to get as much feedback on it as possible, your the only one that I've found to have a review on it.

Thank you

Sorry Alejandra. I just now saw this as I am thinking about ordering another unit from them.
Just so that you know this unit is holding up well. Hardly any shedding still. I usually do not blow dry it, only air dry.
Honestly, when it is wet it looks a hot mess but once it dries it is much better. Still very soft. I will try to get a closer texture shot if you still need it.

I may look into it myself. April Lace Wigs is taking entirely too long with my order I made 1.31. I'm about to contact PayPal and get back my $200
