I logged into my email today and there was a email from her. I am a subscriber to her newletter so I thought it was a long awaited update but no....this is what is what it said:

It's been a long time since we have spoken. My apologies for being away. I will be generating some new email articles for you.

OK. I bought the aminos from Amazon for far less than the company originally mentioned. I added them to the tofu as Chicoro suggested for the first week. The next week's application went into Greek yogurt. The smell has a slight sulfur undertone but by only leaving it on for an hour makes it tolerable. I think I'll use the yogurt instead in the future.
The results for both was hair that retains moisture longer. The immediate strength is felt as you rinse it out. I have to be very careful to follow with a super moisturizing conditioner, my choice is Biolage hydrating and safflower oil, to balance the protein or else it's crispy city! Has anyone else tried this?

I'm so happy to see she's got a channel. The sound won't play on my iPad so i'm going to switch to the laptop to watch.

I was thinking "finally people will say her name right now that she's got a channel", and then I read the comments on the pronunciation lol. I had been saying it wrong too until I heard her on Nappturalite Radio. No matter how you pronounce it, we all know who she is. That's clout!

Sorry to be confusing. Chicoro was a guest on Nappturalite Radio once, she isn't the host. It airs Thursdays at 7pm (EST) but I catch the podcast on iTunes.
