Yikes. I have no idea about a 'wet' look on relaxed hair and have the hair actually be 'wet'. Hence your wash and go statement. However personally I do 6 bantu knotouts and get a nice soft and wavy look. If I want a more defined curly look, I will do 12 to 16 tight plaits sealed in coconut oil, use pillow rollers to curl the ends and take it out in the morning. I have a nice 'wet', tight & defined look. Good luck hun.

I'd say try a braidout with bendy rollers using a generous amount of S-Curl and some sort of oil or serum.

I'd do braidouts with s-curl or creamy product. Also it depends on how straight the relaxed hair is. When I was relaxed, I always had a curl pattern so I could let my hair air dry after swim class. Can you post a pic of your wet hair?

In my experience a twist out gives me more of a defined wave, versus my braid out. The braid out gives me more of crinkle. I did 4 flat twists on my slightly damp hair last night and used flexi rods on the ends. I also like the wave Bantu knots produce.
