That you shouldn't purchase from on the hair exchange?

Isn't there a list of people not to buy from floating around?

:perplexed I have someone to add to it. I lost $ because of her. And I am REALLY ANGRY! I get paid monthly...I don't have money to throw away...that $ could have been added to my grocery budget.

I will stick to selling on there. Least I know I will ship the item...she got me though. Good for her! (sarcasm)

wow, sorry you got ripped off. You really should really tell who the member was, that way others can avoid being scammed too.

Arian Can you please pm me with the member's name and a brief explanation of what happened? Let's see if we can resolve this matter privately before mentioning the person publicly. Thanks. :)

Hi everyone,

I didn't want to call the member out because I was told not to...and I won't. So I am not ignoring anyone. Just want to follow procedure.

SweetCaramel1, I did pay via Paypal. Buuuuut, to be nice and to keep HER from paying any fees, I sent the money as a gift. Which means....I cannot file a dispute. *sigh* Perhaps I just blessed her and didn't know it.

Sometimes, you have to put a positive spin on things.

Arian may I have a PM of the person? Not sure if that's not allowed either. How are we going to have members stealing money and not alert the forum?

I made a purchase recently, and my package arrived very late and the envelope had been opened/tampered with and taped shut by USPS (they taped it with a sticker which said that they received it in that condition). The products were not in the condition they were said to be in either. I am unhappy but I did get the products so I didn't complain. I am wondering if the seller is the same person but I understand if you can't say.

I'm trying to give this person time to clear this matter up. In short, the ball is in her court. It is not my desire to see this blow up on the forum, but I think it's important for people to understand that once you accept payment from someone, you are responsible for doing everything in your power to ensure the buyer receives their item.
