They know their conditioners are super thick yet they keep selling them in bottles instead of jars. Of course that leaves people like me who want every drop of the luscious conditioner out of the bottle (without diluting it with water) no choice but to saw open the bottle with a knife and end up cutting myself.
Yeah, it was sort of my fault (contributory negligence) but they have been on notice for years that the conditioners are too thick for bottles. New York is a comparative negligence state so I could still win
I wonder if a petition for change from bottles to jars would work since petitions seem to work for everything else these days?
***Before the flames start, no I would not file a frivolous lawsuit over cutting myself with a knife while sawing open a bottle of conditioner. It's my way to complain about the need to switch to jars.
