How Often Do You Moisturize Your Ends?

I lightly moisturize and oil my hair every night before I tie it up for bed.

Mocha, how do you tie your hair up for bed? More specifically...what's happening with the hair..do you just pin it up, tie down with a scarf?

Hey Mona,
After a fresh wash and rollerset I'll wrap my hair for the first 2 days just to flatten out the roots and loosen up the curls. On days 3 thru 7 I'll gather all of my hair (like I'm about to put it in a ponytail) and roll it in one big roller. This leaves my hair with a nice bump on the ends in the morning.

*sits back and continues to let Mona have her way with my hair*

I agree...I it! When using this on my hair, I find that I don't have to moisturize daily but every 2-3 days.

I moisturize my ends every morning, and every night before bed. Sometimes I will just use a leave in conditioner, or I will use some sort of oil, like olive oil. It is a must to keep those ends moisturized!!

i moisturize once a day at night and weekends 2 times a day...

I use Elasta QP mango butter...and evoo or coconut oil to seal

I mostly moisturize twice daily with ORS olive oil in jar, Pantene Relaxed and Natural oil cream moisturizer or Mane 'n Tail carrot oil creme. I concentrate more of the product on the last 2 inches of hair.

Can someone remind me of why we seal the ends? I assume to lock in moisture

Yes. Sealing in moisture with oil also helps prevent split ends.
