I'm 10 weeks post and my hair's been chillin in two braids this week. Plan is to detangle and pre-poo with grapeseed oil, wash with Argadir shampoo (sulfate-free), deep condition with something in the stash, apply Aphogee Green Tea & Keratin Restructurizer and air dry

When my hair is 100% dry: back to two braids, and daily moisturizing and sealing using LCO method during the week. The combo I'm loving currently is Komaza Califia Moisturizing Spray as the liquid, NTM Silk Touch as the cream, and Oyin Burnt Sugar Pomade as the oil/sealant

Overnight prepoo with grapeseed and sunflower seed oil. Deep condition with Joico Moisture recovery treatment balm mixed with honey. Wash and condition with Joico Moisture recovery shampoo and conditioner. Air dry with Nioxin bliss thermal protector, Garnier Fructis sleek and shine leave in and Paul Mitchell super skinny serum. Roll in mohawk style with 4 purple flexi rods. Fluff curls the next day with a headband.

Dancin' on sunshine!
I need to find some Emergencee. My birthday is Sunday so I am debating on whether I should get it done tomorrow/Sunday. I am still trying to figure out if I should do layers with bangs. Or just BC? Or maybe even color. I dunno.

Figuring out some type of cute updo or something to keep my hair protected from this heat so I won't have to deal with it. I might go ol school and just do two big flat twists going to the back hahaha

Lucie

Happy Birthday sweetie..my baby turns 24 tomorrow so I will never forget your birthday now:grin:

I'm going to tighten my crochet braids. I used Freetress bohemian curl and they're kind of loosening up a bit. Once I tighten them, I'm going to wash and condition my hair.

Crackers Phinn

Either A Blessing Or A Lesson.
By the time I get home tonight, my henna will have had 20 hours to release its color. I will apply and leave in until Saturday morning. If my gray hair is a crazy orange color then I'll do an indigo treatment, if it's a doable red then I'll leave it alone.

Sunday I'll put in my twist extensions.

I had the best henna-mixed with amla powder experience today.
I can't believe this is the first time trying it. My mix rinsed out so easily in the shower without hardly any conditioner. My hair is soft, My 4A curls are elongated and sproingy! Is that a word? The fine 3C patch on top of my head was wavy and fuller. My grays are a deep red, but not orange. I really don't have to do an indigo, but my baby soft edges need it so I'm under indigo now.

I am officially hooked on Amla in my henna. I can't wait to see how my hair responds after the indigo. I am excited to see what the other powders I ordered can do. :yay:

Thanks honey! :hug2: So far, it's been great!
I cut my hair when I had about 3 inches of new growth stretched. It's been a month and a few weeks and I measured today and my hair is 4.5 inches stretched. I'm a slow grower, but I'll see what this Amla, Bhringraj and Brahmi powders can do.
