Hey ladies :)

I started my hair journey officially in Jan 2011 (I was about ear length with layers) but my pics start in April 2011. I went from brown hair to black hair back to brown

I was really on the picture taking in 2011 (I was excited :lachen:) it tapered off in 2012, I getting better in 2013

I've always been natural
Side Note: in the April 2012 pic my hair was flat ironed it was just stretched

Regi:

Wash once a week with shampoo, I use sulfates, no poo, low poo, doesn't matter.

Deep condition once a month for about 15-30 min with a plastic cap with Aussie Moist 3 Min Miracle while in the shower so the steam probably helps.

co-wash once or twice a week

Protective Style 90% of the time

Seal with coconut oil

Style with whatever moisturizer I have on hand (Blended Beauty, Miss Jessie's Giovanni Leave In Direct but mainly I leave about 40% of my regular wash out conditioner in my hair I use Tresemme Naturals) Eco Styler Olive Oil Gel

Dust often

Trim about every 3-6 months when I cut my layers into my hair

finger detangle usually but if I'm lazy then I'll use a wide tooth comb in the shower with the condish in

I would say 3b (somebody is going to say otherwise I'm sure :lachen:) but with no product my curl pattern is looser than this. All these styles are with gel and conditioner and then scrunched and dried with my defuser

Thanks for sharing. Did you have any set backs with changing your hair colour?

Thanks! Funmiloves not when I dyed it the first time from my natural color to the brown. But when I dyed it brown again over the black, I did have a little breakage right after dying it again. But it wasn't bad or a lot and now I have no breakage or anything. I upped my moisture and that seemed to helped.
