How many days/weeks/months are you post trim?

This is a good thread to help keep track OP. im about 2 weeks post trim. I did it myself with the Split Ender. I had a lot of splits all over from rough combing due to a setback of tangles at 14 weeks post texturizer.

I am almost 2 months post trim/dust. I will trim again on the 11th. Then go another 2 months.

At the beginning of my journey I searched and destroyed and did a professional trim only once a year. Now that I'm growing out my heat damage, I'm starting at square one - well my last straight hair look was in 8/11. I trim 4 times per year now but my december trim, I'll do myself.

Here are some pics I've been posting in different relevant threads. Last pic is before and after yesterday.

I'm about 6 weeks post trim (it was supposed to be a dusting, but that's another story, lol). My ends look good now, so I want to wait another two months to trim in an effort to help reach my next length goal.

I trim often because my hair is prone to split ends but my last major trim was about 5 weeks ago

I always wanted to purchase it, how long have you owned one and do you like it enough to recommend?

I would recommend it. It snips every piece of hair, better than doing search and destroy method by hand. You do it on freshly washed hair with no product so that hair won't stick together to get every end and work in small sections. It makes me feel at ease because I feel I have every hair.

1 day! Thanks for this thread OP! I love how my ends look. I am going to get a trim every 4 months and dust at every T/U.

I'm going to be dusting the 22nd of September, I'm trying this lunar cutting thing and the lengthening face and fall equinox starts on September 22 (claims that's when you get the most length in fall) i will try it, I will do only a dust

I am 15 months post trim. Dont see myself trimming or dusting anytime soon...my ends look fine. Havent come across any splits. There are the racers which are up to 2" longer than the bulk of my hair in some places, but I always bun so I leave them alone. The lead hair theory definitely applies to my hair (as in how the racer hairs grow fastest, and the rest lengthen/drop down and catch up). See Chicoro for more info.
