No words can adequately express the love I have for KeraVada on Etsy.

As some of you may recall, I received the wrong order from her Grand Opening 30% off sale on Friday.

I convo'd her through Etsy and got an immediate response and resolution. She told me to keep the wrong products and that she will refund me half my money and ship out the correct order ASAP.

She did all of that in a matter of hours. Paypal notified me that night that I had been refunded 1/2 my money. My pkg was shipped out the next day and I received my order yesterday!

That's some quick shipping! I was very impressed! And I was doubly impressed when I opened the box and found the bottles were different and they had SPOUTS and not twist on caps.

I and DH tried the AMLA and FENUGREEK Vitamin and Conditioner oils over the weekend. These were the oils sent to me by mistake. I put spouts on them and were pleased with the application, feel and performance of the product. DH really liked them, too.

In comparison, I have tried myhoneychild.com's Organic Oil (almost the same ingredient) but I thought her costs were too high! $20 for 4 ounces compared to $24.99 for 8 ozs (KeraVada).

KeraVada went above and beyond what was necessary to keep me a happy customer. Not once was her tone condescending or accusing while corresponding with her.

She has a customer for life. LOVE HER PRODUCTS!

Later on this week, I'm ordering the Green Tea Oil.
