Ingredients:
Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Cera Alba/Beeswax/Cire d’abeille, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Rhus Succedanea Fruit Wax, Euphoba Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Sorbitan Stearate, Fragrance/Parfum, BHT, Limonene, Lilial, Gamma Methyl Ionone.

Pros of KeraCare Wax Stick:
  • Keeps flyaways in check when applied to the strands
  • Great to use when your working out because it keeps your edges smooth even through the most vigrous workout.
  • Keeps your edges in check when you straighten your hair without having to reapply heat through the length of your press
  • Contains no alcohol
  • Lasts a long time. I bought my stick a year ago and still have it.

Cons of KeraCare Wax Stick:
  • Price is a bit steep (still worth it in my opinion)
  • Washing your hair may have to become a more frequent process if you use this stick often
  • Rubbing the stick in your hand to apply it to your strands may be an annoyance for some

I had this product on my must buy list for a few weeks now, especially after watching a stylist on Utube use it. Well, after your post the other day, I decided to buy it yesterday. The verdict is in...I love this product. Love, love, love. This is coming from a person who is a gel fanatic (edges only). I'm natural 3b/3c before HJ was always mostly SL recently made WL. I had my hair blow dried and flat ironed the day after Labor day for first time this year. In an attempt to preserve my hair, I refused to use gel. However, just my edges started looking a little rough. Well, I used this product last night and OMG my edges instantly were Layed. Layed like I just had my hair freshly relaxed or flat ironed. I was amazed at the results. I was a little hesitant to spend the $20 on it but it was well worth the cost. Buy this item, you will not be disappointed. What really like is that it holds for hours, you don't get that 'wet-look' like with gel. Also, with gel I feel like I have to apply it and apply a satin scarf for at least and hour or two for it to dry and for my edges to look layed. This stick gives me the immediate results I'm looking for and its thicker than a pomade (??) and butter and it instantly holds and provides seen.

I've had the same stick, which I've used off and on, for the past 4 years. I love it. It does exactly what it says. I'm relaxed, but use it on edges that need to be layed, I've used it when I had a short cut, and needed to spike the top, or lay down the sides. Worth every penny.
