In all honesty, its myself. I love putting myself on challenges. There are many beautiful heads everywhere, but the reality is that its not my head. I like to see and my progress and starting point in alot of things and see where it takes me. I leave my faith in the lord and I know I'll get whatever it is that I ask for.

I motivate myself. I can only be me.

I want to show my folks (parnets and sisters) that you can have faster growth, also to prove a few of my male freinds wrong that black girl who aren't mixed/white/or somthing CAN grow wonderful hair! also for myself.. cause i want to be able wear high ponytails!

When I was relaxed I just wanted long hair. I was inspired by Sareca because her hair looked so much like mine at the start of her journey and now it's so luscious and thick it really is amazing. But then I decided to transition because I always wanted to and I didn't like relying on someone else (stylists) for my haircare needs.

Now I'm natural I really just want to show the haters (there were only about 2) who were like "what are you gonna do with it?" "you're gonna look so young" "We'll see if it grows longer" Like SHUT UP B*TCHES (sorry ) but yeah it's for them and its for me. Right now I want a lovely ponypuff, I miss ponies, but I think I'll defo have one by the years end. Wish me luck!

I just wanted to see if I could get my hair passed my shoulders at first. Then, I read Wanakee's website and she said something like: five years from now, you can be five years older with longer hair or you can just be five years older. I can't remember her exact quote, but it made me think, "Why not?" and so I began to take care of my hair. Then, I found LHCF and well...here I am.

One of my aunts grew her hair out to waist/butt and I told her I wish my hair could be that long. She said it can be, your had long hair as a child. She has since cut her hair to shoulder.

Since I decided to grow my hair everyone has decided to grow their's out family and friends.

My main inspiration primarily came from being on LHCF. I initially came here looking for ways to strengthen my hair, make it healthy and gain a little length in the process. However, over time from looking at people's fotkis, reading their experiences and seeing that black women can grow their hair long with proper haircare inspired me to grow my hair. There are so many posters that inspire me but the main ones include Babygurl, lonei, crlsweetie and kinikakes.
