I've been taking Nourkrin extra strength 1 time a day and Nourkrin maintain 1 time a day. Only started 2 weeks ago. I hope this supplement will stop breakage.

I started using mine a few days ago. Almost a week ago. They worked for me in the past, so hoping they'll get me to WL for 2013.

I took viviscal from Feb-May of this year and now I'm taking Nature's life Marine Collagen + Nioxin.

Once I am out of my suppy of Nioxin, I will go back to Viviscal for the rest of the year.

I have been on it since Aug 1st, I had some shedding last week but it seems to have calmed down. I'm thankful because I was getting nervous.

I think when I finish my current box I won't be ordering this vitamin again. It made my nails very weak and made them peel. :(. I wonder what I can replace them with.

I'm on my 3rd box and last pack, I'll be ordering another 3 month supply before I'm finish. My nails seem normal, it was recommended to take biotin with viviscal but I didn't take biotin. I am still satisfied with my progress thus far...

I started taking Viviscal about 1.5 months ago and just happened to run into this thread. I'm glad to see that people are seeing results. The only difference I can see for sure so far is that my nails are growing way faster and longer than usual. I usually don't have to clip them as one breaks naturally then I trim the rest of my hand - not the case now! :nono: I had to cut all those bad boys before it got out of control.

I also noticed that people are noticing less breakage/shedding. I just washed and blow dryed and there is so little hair at the sink compared to usual! I'm feeling really optimistic so far - I'm giving this a six month trial so really hoping for results.

Also, thanks ladies for the discount updates. Keep em coming!

Just ordered my 2nd 3 pack of viviscal and the coupon code below for 11% off still works .

I just found coupon codes for Viviscal website I tested a couple and they give the discount. Especially the one for 11% off :yep:

ETA: Just ordered mine from the website. Buy 2 get 1 free, total cost $88.99 using coupon code VIVIWEB6.

I started my third month yesterday. I've been wearing Celie braids underneath a half wig, but three days ago, I went to a stylist to get my hair cornrowed. She washed it and then blow dried it and was amazed that no hair was shedding or breaking. She told me to keep doing what I'm doing. I'm definitely going to attribute the no shedding/breakage to Viviscal.

I plan to continue for another 6 months.

Still on Viviscal (started July/August). I have 1 more 3 pack. And I have a few left in the pack I am currently taking.

Once I'm finish with those, I may start on Hairomega 3n1 (I have x2 90 ct. bottles in my Stash) and then start back on Viviscal early Spring.

Also taking Mineral Rich for that extra added 'boost'

Does anyone have a recent review on what viviscal has been doing for them in terms of growth. My body usually respond well to vitamins. Currently i'm taking Nature's Bounty Hair Skin and Nails since last Sunday and i have been seeing slight improvements in nail growth. I wont be able to tell what it is doing for my hair as yet because i washed, DC'ed and did cornrows on Monday. I dont think i'll be undoing these until three to four weeks time, then i will truly see how much this supplement has been working for me.

I want to try viviscal so bad, since hearing the great review on the skin and hair benefits and i could do with help in the skin area and definitely getting at least another 3 inches before my birthday April next year.

Hi all! I'm bumping this thread! I had to stop taking all supplements when I became pregnant last June. I had a healthy baby boy in March but breastfed through August of this year. Prior to my pregnancy, I stocked up on Viviscal, but now I can't find any of the packages. I recently ordered some Natures Life Marine Collagen. I started with one pill a day and noticed new growth in a week. Any of you ladies still taking marine supplements?

I took Viviscal consistently a couple of years ago and I believe this is what helped me reach MB however I went and got a blow out and the guy who did my hair took my hair out. I'm back at BS and have started back taking Viviscal and Biotin to get me to WL. I plan on adding Collagen with Amino Acid tablets, Silica and MSM Powder. I don't want to become a vit junkie again so eventually I'm going to narrow it down to Viviscal, Biotin and Collagen. Also, I take both Viviscal pills and the Biotin pill at night before bed. That's the only time I will remember to take my pills. I'm too busy running in the morning.

Yes it is expensive, even with the discount code.. I just started taking Biotin and B-Complex a few days ago, I'm going to see how this works for the next 6mths.. I also purchased MSM but I do not want to change the texture of my hair so will not be taking any of those.

Ok, i think i wanna try the Viviscal but its so Darn expensive......smh
