Oddest thing: Engagement bonanza

At work, there are several people that are not married and they also happen to be in to mid 20s to early 40s. We are a small section about 45 peoples in all. In total we ( non- married) approximately 1/4 of the entire section.

All of a sudden, one of my male co-workers ended up being engaged and he got married this summer. Shortly after, one of my female co-worker got engaged and married this summer as well. She got married like a week or 2 after my male co-worker. Both are in my section.

I started joking with my co-workers saying that this is a snowball effect and that its only the beginning there will be more marriages.

Last friday, that very same female co-worker that got married announced that she was pregnant.

She told my teamate :" By the way, I have great news..Im pregnant."
His response was: " I also have big news... I'm engaged!!"

Even funnier, is that all day I kept hearing pregnancy announcement from other people around me. It's quite funny. Who knows...maybe this snowball afffect is going to run down in here and someone else will have an announcement. :yep:

For some reason, I always thought when stuff like that happens maybe it means your turn is right around the corner.

It might just be your time, especially since you seem genuinely happy for those around you which may have been a test in itself. Sometimes God blesses those around you with what you desire to see how you handle it/ spiritual growth, so it's your season

 Amen... we'll share this in tonight's Prayer Share... :yep:

As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater...

...so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
