I think I'll give it another go at flat ironing.
Elucence Clarifying Shampoo
Komaza Care protein strengthener
Either CJ Curl rehab or Bee Mine DC
Nubian Heritage Heat Protectant Leave-in
Blow Dry
Something prior to flat ironing - either grapeseed or beyond the zone

Apply Grapeseed leave in on overnight;
Wash and deep condition under dryer for 15 minutes;
Apply leave-in and roll.

My new motto: Keeping it simple.

Heavy Prepoo with my oil mixture (Doo-Groo, Castor+Olive oil), wash, dc, flat-iron. I just bought the Carols Daughter Monoi line so I'm excited to be using that.

Rooted Yet Flowing
I steamed, washed and conditioned yesterday with the Carol's Daughter Monoi line. Roller set, flat ironed then silk wrapped under my hooded dryer. Only thing I'll be doing is combing down my wrap when we leave the house then wrapping it back up whenever I'm back in the house.

Im just gonna try not to pullf my hair out. Im not very happy with my hair right now :(
Prettymetty Awwwww!! I'm sorry :hug2:. It gets like that sometimes. What's going on with your hair?

Weekend plans:
Prepoo overnight with JBCO mix and Vatika oil on Saturday, focusing on my scalp
Sunday
Co-cleanse with Curls Cleansing Creme
DC for 30 mins with AO White Camellia
Detangle in the shower, then apply either Roux Porosity condish or Optimum porosity condish. Let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing
Apply GF S&S leave-in (I'm going to try adding product on wet vs barely damp hair), add GF oil treatment on top, and try sealing with a little bit of pomade. I used some randomly on my hair today and it's so soft!!
Let my hair dry for 15 mins in a t-shirt

For styling, I'll apply LottaBody and put my hair in 8-10 flexirods. I'll overdry overnight.

I'm going to henna my hair again tomorrow. I leave it in all day while I clean and prepare food for the next few days.

Tomorrow night I will pre-poo with coconut, olive and avocado oils and wash that out on Sunday morning and then I'll braid or twist my hair.

I haven't washed in 2 wks, just detangled & took down my twists with a mix of aubrey's hsr & gbp. Layered a plastic bag, satin scarf and a satin bonnet to deep condition. Will apply komaza protein strengthener, sit under dryer for 20-30 mins then rinse and apply GBP and rinse. Will twist using leave-in and gel and do the LCO method throughout the week and keep my hair in a loose bun or ponytail.

I'm supposed to be making my bob u part wig today, and braiding my hair tomorrow so I can join the ladies in the wig challenge. I don't think I'll get that far because I'm still in bed.

I tried a new protective style. Not sure how many days I will get out of it. But I think it's kinda cute & I feel well put together.

Committed to taking care of my hair properly this yr. Actually moisturising and sealing religiously like I used to. For the latter half of 2013 I treated my hair like ish and it shows.

So in light of the above, I took down my crochet braids.

Prepoo with vatika oil.
Clarify with Bentonite clay
Protein DC with Silk Dreams Wheatgerm DC
Tea Rinse with my black tea/roobios/moringa tea
Moisture DC with rhassoul clay mixed with my marshmallow root/burdock root/blue malva/irish moss tea.
Not sure if I wanna do curlformers or not. Hmmm.

I'm debating between leaving my hair alone for a couple of more days or cowashing. If I do:
-cowash with Eden Bodyworks cowash
-BASK silk and honey latte as a leave in
-seal with hairveda's cocasta shikakai oil
-cantu curling custard to style my wash and go
