I just saw one today in walmart (surprised) and bought it for around $7... My old satin scarf doesn't stay on all night so I am so excited about this.. I plan to stock up

I bought two of these for DD because they come in purple too. I haven't even opened them yet. :nono:

When my hair is in a puff, I don't wear anything at night and I end up getting a whole bunch of single strand knots that I have to rip out of my hair. Please update us about how it works, because I may need to put this on my shopping list.

I use this brand Satin Cap, suggestion from @cutenss I really like them.

Didn't know they have Satin Pillowcases?

Hmmm......I'll have to look for a couple of those

Thanks!!!

I have this satin pillowcase and I love it. I get way better second day hair than when I use a bonnet. It's great for travel because it serves two purposes: clean pillow case and curl protection.

I am glad that I got this one for a cheap price. I had been looking online and they were around $10 or more.

That's exactly what I do! I take two satin pillowcases when I travel with DD.

I brought this pillow case however I need to get some more for all the pillows on the bed. My DH who is BALD by the way is always laying on my pillowcase. Mind you we have at least 6 king size pillows on the bed. When I go to lay down if I haven't put my scarf or bonnet on he's like "your forgot to put on your scarf."

That's cute ... I love the texture of this pillowcase I wish I had bought one sooner

I'll be going to walmart tmrw bc this bonnet is not cutting it no more and scarves give me a headache...my question is are these pillowcases breathable? I live in Va and it can get a bit humid and I can't sleep if I feel smothered like some materials feel

Check Ross and TJ Maxx in the linen section....I get two pack sets all the time for a few bucks. I have never slept with a scarf and have always used satin pillowcases the least couple years. They work really well.

This is the brand I have!

I had to switch because the bonnets were giving me headaches that would wake me from my sleep and since I have insomnia that was not going to do. I work hard to fall asleep so I need to stay asleep!

I really cant comment as to whether its better. I honestly dont recall a difference from reg pillow cases to the bonnet to the satin pillow case when I'm wearing my hair natural. if its flat ironed and wrapped then yes I love it and makes a difference. But with my reg wng or buns, it makes no difference to me. I sleep on them because I only have satin pillow cases now and I sleep crazy so I usually wake up with my head on my dog instead of the pillow

Know what, scratch all of that. I havent slept on a reg pillow case since 2010 so I dont even remember if there is a difference

Satin pillowcases are the best in my opinion. I bought two of them last year when I moved into my apartment. Scarves tend to slide off my head during the night!
