They replied to someone asking about it on Facebook

SheaMoisture Hi Keisha, that's part of our new Community Commerce line that will be exclusive to Target as part of the Made to Matter initiative. It will be rolling out soon. Unfortunately, not all stores get the product at the same time. We don't expect most stores to receive the product until 8/17, then all will have it on 8/23. Thanks for being a part of the #SheaFamily!

I just went to 4 CVS looking for this stuff. Which one of y'all went to all the CVS's in my area and took all the shampoo, masques, and leave in?

Also, it's B1G1 free. It didn't show up as on sale, but I showed the cashier the circular that states all Shea Moisture products.

It's not online at CVS or Walgreens. Ulta doesn't have this either. It is on the She Magic website - $50 for free shipping.

Waiting for better distribution

I just went to a CVS in what i think is a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood. They had all the JBCO products, so I got the shampoo and masque. They still didn't ring up as B1G1 free, but the manager adjusted the price. Don't give up ladies!

Sheamoisture.com is having a sale. 10% off and free shipping on all order over $35. Code is SCHOOL2014

cwmarie,

I want buy one, get one free, not just 10% off.

I actually did break down and get the Raw Shea Butter Moisture Rentention, and the Coconut and Hibiscus. I absolutely despise their Raw Shea Butter treatment masque - it just sat on my hair- no moisture at all. I like the ingredients listed in the shampoos, so I thought I would try it at this price.

I'm still looking for the Jamaician Black Castor oil.

Pennefeather Oh I definitely understand that. I like that moisture retention shampoo btw.

I'm glad people are getting their prices adjusted. The ad definitely says all Shea moisture but the cvs stores I've been to don't have the jbco line tagged as on sale. I'm sitting this sale out. The cvs stores around me only carry the leave in, gel, and lotion. I got the leave in and it'll last me a long while.

I got so caught up in this thread. I called a CVS in a Spanish neighborhood, and asked them to check for castor oil line. It turns out that they had it. I was so excited. They had the entire line - shampoo, conditioner, masque, serum, treatment, leave in and some other things I wasn't familiar with.

Everything was great until I started to read the label, and found that the shampoo was for clarifying, in addition to strengthening and restoring. I don't need a shampoo to clarify. I assumed that this was going to be more moisturizing because of the castor oil.

After all the trouble that I went through to find this line, I bought the shampoo anyway. It's probably going to sit around for a while before I try it though.:nono:

I did see the manuka honey line at a Target today.

I went to a Target today that had two of the honey conditioners on the shelf with the other SM products.

The CVS that carried the Jamaician Castor Oil line had it in the "ethnic hair section." All of the other She Moisture products were with the "general hair care shampoos." They didn't have the honey.

I thought that was interesting.

Ok I went to CVS to "browse" in the hair care section and while the Shea Moisture was on sale the JBCO line was not included as apart of the sale:-(. I'm going to check out Tarjays later to see if they have the Manuka Honey kind, I love Shea Moistures skin care line and I've been hearing good stuff about it.

Is the sale is their ad? Take the add to target and price match it.

I seen the same in my CVS but I think they are getting away with it because the new line is title with Jamaican Black and not just shea moisture and the cost is more.

You know I don't like y'all. Since being on here I've become a product junkie. Now I gotta try to find this darn line. What's up with Shea Moisture only releasing t CVS and not all of them at that and not the whole product lines either. 2 items here, none there. They releasing products like designers do clothes and purses and me no Likey, lol. Darn it I don't like y'all uuuugh. Now I have to get to calling CVS stores.

It was in the "ethnic" section at my cvs without the bogo free signs underneath. I went to the check out prepared with my circular but when she rang it up they were bogo free in the system. I thought I was in love with the Superfruit and was skeptical of the JBCO but I LOVE this line. I really love the leave in and the lotion. I used it on my wash n go and it's softness city! This is a shock considering I have low porosity hair. I wanted to try the masque but there were none on the shelf.

I went to CVS today and brought the Jamaican Black Castor Oil line and it was apart of the sale. There wasn't a sign in front of it but when I checked out it did scan for the sales price. If your CVS gives you a problem just show them the sales ad, it does day ALL shea moisture products

I went to the CVS yesterday and it finally rang up as BOGO free. I got the masque and the leave-in conditioner. I can't wait to try them.

Central FLA ladies the CVS on Powers and Silverstar rd has all of the items from the JBCO line and they have a really good selection of natural products. I was pleasantly surprized.

Me too. I was armed with the circular to get the sale price but it rang up correctly.
