I'm off BSS. This industry makes too much money to not give it to black owned. Also...our products are better. Lol.

I've noticed that all the beauty supply stores around me hire Africans. Chicks always trying to get customers on the side to braid hair or sell weave.

The indian place I go to get my henna hires Latinas though.
