The difference between havana, senegalese and marley twists? help!

I want to get some jumbo(?) chunky(?) twists but there was so many names. I want the hair to look natural so not shiny and silky but not too kinky to so that its hard to twist and feels like dreads. Does that mean I need soft marley hair or something? I'm in the UK btw so if anyone has recommended brands instead of shops that would be really helpful.

Does anyone have personal advice or regrets on when they did theirs?

I want to have these twists till may/june redoing them a few times in between. I will be studying a lot and don't really have time to perfect my regime until after...

The only real difference is the type of hair and size of the twists. Senegalese twists use straight hair. Marley twists are usually larger than Senegalese twists and use a kinky type of twisting hair usually called Marley hair. Havana twists are larger Marley twists with a specific brand of hair sold by fingercombers. I bought it and it is rougher feeling than other kinky twisting hair brands that I have tried. You can achieve Havana type twists with Marley hair by increasing the twist size. You tube is the best source for learning about the best brands for all of these. Many instructional videos will show the hair they purchased.

Like she said, its the type of hair used. They now sell "Havana hair" in the BSS store so who knows.
